Results in speedup of 65 fps to 80 fps in some cases where the screen
does not change often between frames.

Mahyar Koshkouei 33e86e5a51 Fix LCD corruption 
Fixed an issue whereby minigb_apu was being compiled even though sound
support was disabled. This was somehow causing the LCD to become
corrupted.

Additionally added sleep routines during DMA transfer to LCD.

Additionally made sound support an option within cmake.

Mahyar Koshkouei 1cfdcbcf80 ili9225: fix incorrect DMG window offset 
Additionally fixed an issue whereby blue and red colours were swapped on
the ILI9225. BGR mode actually enables RGB?
