# Onscreen menu

AWTRIX Light provides a **onscreen menu** directly on your clock.  
Press and hold the middle button for 2 seconds to access the menu.  
Navigate through the items with the left and right buttons.

| Menu Item | Description |
| --- | --- |
| BRIGHT | Allows adjustment of the brightness of the display. Can switch to manual mode to adjust brightness with left and right buttons. Press and hold middle button to save setting. |
| FPS | Affects rendering speed and scrolling speed. Use left and right buttons to adjust value. Press and hold middle button to save setting. |
| COLOR | Allows selection of one of 13 different colors for text. Hex values displayed. Use left and right buttons to navigate options. Press and hold middle button to save setting. |
| SWITCH | Determines if pages should automatically switch. Press and hold middle button to save setting. |
| T-SPEED | Adjusts transition speed between apps. |
| T_SPEED | Adjusts duration of app display before switching to next. |
| TIME | Allows selection of time format. Use left and right buttons to navigate options. Press and hold middle button to save setting. |
| DATE | Allows selection of date format. Use left and right buttons to navigate options. Press and hold middle button to save setting. |
| WEEKDAY | Allows selection of start of week. Use left and right buttons to navigate options. Press and hold middle button to save setting. |
| TEMP | Allows selection of temperature system (°C or °F). Use left and right buttons to navigate options. Press and hold middle button to save setting. |
| UPDATE | Check and download new firmware if available. |
